Broderick joined Urban Visions in 2006 as the firm’s Property Manager, went on to become the firm’s Financial Analyst and is currently Vice President. With a thorough understanding of how buildings function both operationally and financially, Broderick engages in asset management, leasing, acquisitions, marketing, networking, research, underwriting, entitlements and more. His role as Vice President allows him to be involved in these many aspects of Urban Visions’ property portfolio. He also utilizes his proficiency with software such as Argus DCF, Argus Developer and Microsoft Excel to model financial scenarios for both current assets and future acquisitions. As a licensed broker, Broderick has also been involved with numerous transactions within the Urban Visions portfolio.
Broderick carries a degree from Santa Clara University in Finance, a certificate from the University of Washington’s Commercial Real Estate Program and a Washington State Commercial Brokerage License. He is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and ULI Young Leaders Group. His commitment to sustainability guides each transaction and management decision, with a standing goal of forwarding smart growth initiatives for Seattle and the Puget Sound region.
A sixth-generation Seattleite, Broderick has a passion for sustainability fostered by a deep-rooted appreciation for the environment. This native Northwesterner loves being outdoors to pursue his hobbies that include fly-fishing, skiing, hiking and golf.
