Broderick joined Urban Visions in 2006 as the firm's Property Manager, went on to become the firm's Financial Analyst and is currently serving as a Vice President. With a thorough understanding of how buildings function both operationally and financially, Broderick's role allows him to be involved in many aspects of the Urban Visions property portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, financial analysis, and entitlements.
Broderick carries a degree from Santa Clara University in Finance, a certificate from the University of Washington's Commercial Real Estate Program and a Washington State Commercial Brokerage License. He is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and ULI Young Leaders Group and serves on the board of directors for Goodwill and the Metropolitan Improvement District. He also serves on the Urban Land Institute's YLG Leadership Team.
A sixth-generation Seattleite, Broderick has a passion for sustainability fostered by a deep-rooted appreciation for the environment. This native Northwesterner loves being outdoors to pursue his hobbies that include fly-fishing, skiing, hiking and golf.
