Our Team
Dana brings over 13 years of first-hand industry knowledge to the business. While overseeing Urban Visions’ internal finance, risk management and legal functions, he also handles negotiations, entity structuring, debt/equity capital deals, and project tax planning strategies for all transactions. Previously, Dana was the finance and acquisitions manager for Martin Smith, Inc., where as a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group he helped to raise over $600 million in debt and equity for affiliates and third-party clients. Cumulatively, Beckley has been involved in more that $1 billion in transactions, as well as several high-profile lease transactions. Most recently, he helped negotiate significant leases with such tenants as the Hard Rock Café , WSDOT, and Starbucks Corporation.
In his free time, Dana enjoys golf, baseball, and other outdoor activities. He is also a member of the Meridian Valley Country Club and Financial Executives International.
