Stadium East, also known as Stadium Auto Center, is a collection of warehouse and industrial buildings situated on a seven acre assemblage in Seattle’s Stadium District. The property is bounded by Airport Way South to the north and east, and I-90, I-5 and Royal Brougham Way to the south and west; the land is bifurcated by Sixth Avenue South.
