ULI hosted an Urban Vision sponsored event on Thursday the 25th at The Hard Rock Cafe.  Panelists included Rick Sanders of Orion Realty Advisors, Greg Smith of Urban Visions, and Frank Stagen of Nitze-Stagen.  

All and all it proved to be a very fascinating event – the panelists were honest with the crowd, providing their various viewpoints
