Urban Visions says its new 39-story apartment tower — West Edge — was awarded a certificate of occupancy on April 5.
The 340-unit building is at 1430 Second Ave., near Pike Place Market.
“This building is intended to be an urban, forward-thinking, dense, exciting place with active public spaces that engage the city streets and Seattle’s downtown culture,” said Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig, the architect for the shell and core.
