The city of Seattle has approved development of the large S campus, meaning construction can start early next year, the project team said Thursday.

Construction of the five-building, 1.2 million-square-foot campus would expand downtown’s office market farther south and east to Sixth Avenue South near the junction of Interstates 5 and 90, east of CenturyLink Field.
