Real estate development company Urban Visions has added health and wellness features to an updated design of the Net, a 36-story office tower planned for the half block on the west side of Third Avenue, between Marion and Columbia streets in Seattle.
Developer Greg Smith, CEO of Seattle-based Urban Visions, on Tuesday said the approximately 850,000-square-foot project remains a speculative enterprise.
