Good Arts

The Good Arts Building is a historic, three-story, mixed-use structure built in 1889. It is located at the northeast corner of Cherry St. and 1st Ave. in Seattle’s treasured Pioneer Square Preservation District. Cherry Street Coffee will anchor the ground floor retail experience along with various street-level art galleries and pocket retail space for artists. The Good Arts Building mission is to provide long-term stability for artists – artist studios are located on floors 2 and 3 of the structure.  A performance space is also planned for the basement. The Skid Road Show operated at the building from 1972 to 1982, and it was also a well known jazz club during the 1940s.  Visit Goodartsoncherry.com for more information!
