Urban Visions files life science plan near Seattle Center

October 29, 2021

Diamond Parking has long owned two lots just east of Seattle Center, at 318 Fifth Ave. N.  There’re a little below the corner of Harrison Steet, and total about 25,990 square feet. The south triangle also long served as home to Ride the Duck — which declared bankruptcy last year, and has apparently vacated its small building there.

Now Urban Visions and Perkins Will have filed a new plan for a life science and/or tech building with about 200,000 square feet. Given the zoning, 85 feet for a commercial building, it could have six or seven stories — depending on the ceiling heights.
