500 Fairview

Urban Visions acquired the 500 Fairview property in 2004. Located at the Northeast corner of Republican Street and Fairview Avenue North in the South Lake Union neighborhood, the site was a prime covered land play within Seattle’s path of progress. The development site was sold one year later in 2005 and is now home to the Biomed Research Center.
