901 5th Tower

Redevelopment and management of a 42-story, 560,000 SF office building in the heart of downtown Seattle.  A complete modernization of this antiquated tower included upgrading the mechanical and elevator systems, floor by floor tower abatement, and upgrading the building lobbies on 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue.  This project is especially notable in that it was one of the first towers in the city to achieve LEED Silver.  The tower was sold in 2007.
