Central Building

The Central Building is one of Seattle’s finest historic buildings. Located in the heart of the Seattle CBD, the building’s historic granite exterior is complimented inside by a combination of original and modern construction. Upon acquisition in 2000, the team began a hefty building modernization effort, renovating the building lobby, restrooms, and several other common areas. Additionally, Greg’s team led a seismic retrofit effort that finished up in late 2002. Once home to Urban Visions’ world headquarters, Urban Visions moved out when the building was sold in 2005.
